Spring

Every day we are in the car, the girls get so excited to see "POPCORN TREES!" We have been doing this pretty much all this past week. We drive around....see who can spot the "popcorn" tree and then sing the popcorn song of course. Last night, I decided we should try the Greek take away place in St. Ives, so as we were driving along, it was funny that Dan was getting into the game too....and then what does he start singing....the Popcorn song! It cracked me up that he tried to sing it...I say try since he missed about 2 lines...but it was fun. We walked around, ordered our food, spotted the trees we missed or were seeing again, came home, ate our SUPER YUMMY chicken kabobs and my mom read the girls to sleep. They sure enjoy my mom reading to them to bed...my dad went even on an expedition a couple of weeks ago to find a Strawberry Shortcake book for my mom since Hannah kept requesting it. Perhaps they like it too since Grandma Nancy will read forever until they are asleep. You're the best mom!
