I can't believe we're nearly half way through May...where is time slipping? Abs is 3 months now and so we tried out the Bumbo seat. She loved it! What baby doesn't want to see things from a sitting position...I'm sure looking up at people's noses get old. And so here she is...

I caught this rare moment on SD card...

This kid is an animal...oh she's wearing me out! I love her but seriously...she could calm down just a bit and I'd be alright. She's starting the, "I don't need naps" stage...she's 20 months...she still needs a nap!!!

I'm looking forward to next week...Dan took some leave. Then he has to go back to work for 2 weeks and then he's off for a month. Then it's going to be tough...we chose it...it's how it is...but I still can't believe he's going to be away for 1 year...well really it's going to end up being more like 14 months or so. I have to admit...I've been emotional about it all. I'm not like crying all the time or that sort of thing...I'm just like dreading not having my best friend around. He's so good with the girls and helps me out so much when he gets home...but really, I'll just miss him all around.

Dan can sure get this little girl to laugh. She loves him. He loves her...it's the cutest thing ever. Aunt Nicole bought the most perfect shirt!
